Vegetarian Meat

Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 2026

In short: this site does not set its own tracking, analytics or advertising cookies — so there is no cookie banner to wade through. The one thing to know: if you click an affiliate link, the retailer you land on may set their own cookies.

1. Our own cookies

Vegetarian Meat does not set tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Because we set no non-essential cookies of our own, no cookie-consent banner is required under UK law (PECR / UK GDPR).

2. Affiliate & third-party cookies (the honest bit)

Some links here are affiliate links. When you choose to click one, the destination retailer or affiliate network (for example Amazon or Awin) typically sets a cookie so they can credit any purchase to us. That cookie is set by them, on their site, as a result of your click — and is governed by their cookie and privacy policies. If you do not click affiliate links, those cookies are not set.

3. Server logs

Our web host keeps standard server logs (not cookies) for security and reliability, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. General guidance: aboutcookies.org.

5. If this changes

If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies of our own, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
